Nikhil Kulkarni

Nikhil Kulkarni is a technology leader with deep expertise in product management, built across startups and high-growth companies in Australia and India. As a product leader in AI at Atlassian, he focuses on delivering value for customers worldwide through the responsible and impactful use of AI. A recognised community leader, he helped shape India’s startup ecosystem as a founding volunteer at iSPIRT, a leading tech think tank, and now champions Australia–India collaboration in technology, talent, and cross-cultural exchange. He has represented Australia at the Australia India Youth Dialogue and serves on the Australia India Business Council NSW management committee. He is author of the upcoming book My Summer of Cricket, chronicling his cricket journeys across India and Australia.
